A complete 21-day follow-up system — combining automated emails, SMS sequences, and manual call reminders into one workflow so nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a hybrid system — not fully automated, and that's by design. The emails and texts fire automatically on the right days. The calls are assigned to your staff as CRM task reminders so a real person is making the call, leaving the voicemail, and evaluating the response. Automation handles the repetition. Your team handles the human connection.

How the 3-Week Cadence Works

Week 1 — Active Follow-Up: Daily contact alternating between calls, texts, and emails to keep touchpoints frequent without overwhelming the lead.

Week 2 — Reduced Follow-Up: Contact slows to every other day with a mix of calls, texts, and emails — consistent but natural.

Week 3 — Final Follow-Up: Spaced check-ins winding down the campaign, ending with a final call attempt on Day 21. If there is no response, assigned lead will be notify to move the lead to "Bad Lead." or “Good Lead”
